DFM is leading QGRID – a new Danish research and innovation project that combines quantum technology and intelligent fibre sensing to protect data and detect physical intrusion in real time.

With the Innovation Fund’s investment of DKK 13.8 million, we can now test the technology on real critical infrastructure and take an important step towards stronger supply security, improved preparedness and new Danish export opportunities.

Together with DTU, Celare Quantum Tech, Fluves, Terma, Energinet and GlobalConnect, we are developing a solution that can make Denmark more resilient to both digital and physical threats – and bring advanced Danish security technology closer to practical deployment.
